Order Processing
All products are processed after the customer places an order. Some items are sourced from international suppliers. Because of this, processing and preparation may take several business days before the order is shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are:

Czech Republic: 7–21 business days
Europe: 10–25 business days
International orders: 14–30 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on supplier processing times, customs clearance, holidays, or carrier delays.

Order Tracking
When available, tracking information will be sent to the customer by email after the order has been shipped.

Shipping Delays
Krea!z is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping fees.
